I found a solution for Firefox -- in the Options > General > General tab, uncheck the "Use Hardware acceleration when available." Then the program can be skinned without issues. At least, this works for me.
Besides causing issues with Firefox 35 (the subject of another tread here), WindowBlinds also affects the Logitech Gaming Software that I use for my gaming mouse in my Windows 8.1 laptop. The Logitech software will crash if I try to add a program or change the icon to any of the profiles it has. Also, there will be no icon in the notification area; only a blank space. There seems to be a small issue with ObjectDock Free and a recent Windows 7 x64 update -- more specifically, Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2603229). When this update is applied and the "Keep on Bottom" option is set in ObjectDock, it causes the dock to flicker when the mouse cursor is over the icons.
