I build a new computer during the last weekend and now the game works fine. I can see the rest of the game menu and I can finally start the new game. I do not have any ideas what was wrong with my old X58-based system but I changed CPU, motherboard and memory modules. Maybe there was an incompatibility issue or maybe the crossfire profiles were corrupted... or maybe I just had bad luck. :) Thank you for the help everyone!

Ah ok, no harm done. :) My english isn't very good so I can't find difference between sarcasm and straightforward. Anyway I'm still waiting for a reply from the Stardock technical support. I send them an email a few days ago and asked help but it seems they have ignored me. I removed the game and reinstalled it but I still have the same problem. I hope Impulse can refund my purchase. It seems this game is broken.
Lord Xia , the newest version of WoM is working like intended? The start menu do not work at all. Honestly I didn't expect tha t. Hi, I have the same problem. I can log in and even chat window works but I can't to anything in game menu. I purchased the game yesterday as digital download so I have the newest version of game. My computer is very much up to date and I'm using the newest catalyst drivers. I verified the installation and even registered the game. I checked that prefs.ini and looks like everything is correct there. I'm using resolution 1920x1080 and I have 4 GPUs. -I
