No .... Intel core i5 11th gen ... no AV installed yet other than Windows 11 "AV" [e digicons]:D[/e]

Having consistent issues installing Windowblinds 11 on a laptop. Something about core files, -error message -7 ?? I've uninstalled .. tried again to no avail.
