I have figured my problem was not related with Fences contect menu item. It was Nvidia context menu causing slow load. Problem fixed when i disabled Nvidia context menus with SellExView software. Sorry for the trouble.
I have tried sfc /scannow. It did'nt find and integrity problems. I have tried "dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" command anyway. But it also didn't help with the problem.

Hello, I have installed fences 3 after re installing windows. When I right click on the desktop Context Menu doesn't show up for a long time and busy icon on the mouse appears instead. After waiting for like minute context menu appears but fences menu is not there. I have tried purge fences and reinstall. No luck so far. <s
