My Mistake, I mean Chrome. I clicked that in "per application" and unselected "total exclusion" I also set "Use applied style" But Chrome still has the same default ... Windows 10 Home (18362.19h1_release.190318-1202) WindowBlinds 10.84 (059 - Windows 10 Edition) - 64 bit OS

I went into the Per Application segment to make yourtube use the new windowblind. It still uses the default. Not sure what i did wrong.
