Settings for extreme planets in Strategies GalCiv2 Forums

What setting do I need to do for game setup to get planets larger than 10? Or 8? Or 7? I'm playing Terran Alliance so I'm working blind. Any help is appreciated> Mk

I've watched the tutorial and it's not at all clear to me how to create rally points, either planetary or for launched ships to gather. Could someone spell that out for me? Any help would be greatly appreciated! As always, thanks in advance! Mk
