Issue is resolved now via IRC.

I have purchased Men of War: Red tide on impulse, but 2046849 order status was displayed as follows: "This order has been queued for processing by customer service. You will receive an email within one business day, at which time you will be charged and your products delivered." I have sent an email to sales. I would appreciate someone sorting this out quickly as I was expecting instant download access. What I object to is being forced to wait for
