what is difference between 3.13 and 3.1.3

After a couple of days without receive a pop-up message indicating an update to 3.13 is available to Fences, that pop ups is now back, I have done nothing because of the many messages indicating that the update is still causing trouble. When I first did the update a month ago, I lost all my fences. when I complained the update appeared to revert to 3.09 and I am keeping it that way until I am assured I can update to 3.13 wit

Well that was a mistake. The resulting file opened to constant flashing. I give up.

My fences 3.1.0.5 was restored after a botched download of 3.13. It was rolled back to 3.1 after complaint and is working fine. I do not want to accept an update to 3.13 until I am sure it will work correctly. However, I keep getting opening popup about downloading 3.13 (I think I cannot find update number anywhere on the popup.

Several weeks ago in July 2021 I received this update for Stardock Fences. I did the update and then Fences did not work properly. When I notified Stardock it was suddenly fixed. I wonder if this latest update contains the same bug? I will not download until I am sure all is fixed.

Hooray, do not know what I did but suddenly my Fences appeared again. Microsoft said problem is with Stardock not them.

Same problem will not reenable because explorer did not close correctly. Will not re enable.

Today September 20 the portal folder works. I installed a program called File Center recently and so I worked around it back through windows file explorer and it allows me to proceed with the portal folder hunt. I do not know if this is the reason it works now--or that Stardock fixed it overnight. Anyway it works now through explorer files.

I just started with exactly same problem. I can still go into files and use alt to Move it to desktop. However I can no longer make rectangle and click on create portal.
