I have just subscribed to use fences for the next year Can someone tell how to connect I just want access to a working version None of the downloads/product keys sent to me work

Have used fences for years. Fences Pro successfully installed on new Surface laptop but will not load. Followed Stardock and AI suggested solutions but nothing works. Need help.
