They don't seem to be getting THE MESSAGE, or, simply DO NOT CARE...until they get hit int he pocketbook. No matter how good the product, customer relations with users, is primary. Defy that and they'll go the way so many once big organizations have-- into obscurity. Too bad. They don't even seem to be interested in the feedback forum either. Tch Tch. Who are these folks anyhow? Where are they?
