I'm having this same issue, and confirmed that DesktopDock.dll is installed. While there is no other desktop enhancement software installed, it seems that Fences stopped working after I installed a few other pieces of software: high-end data acquisition software Adobe premiere elements 9 vlc Any tips on how to troubleshoot this further? I miss my fences :( Many thanks! Windows7 32-bit SP1
