I tried that - still error -205 :(

So incase that did include a hypen I changed the machine name - still 205 error. Changed it back - still no good. Any better ideas? Also - why does your support desk take more than a day too respond?

Would that include a "-" (hypen)??

Hi - i get an activation error 205 when trying to activate my object desktop products. I raised a support call - but the only response to that was an automated one - so i thought i would try here. Any idea how i can fix this?

I've just un-installed it - guess i'll not renew sub now - I seem to recall it was a personal license for OD not a machine license. And if it expired you just lost access to updates. I've had OD on my PC and laptop for 10+ years on one sub - I think if its now a per machine license its no longer cost effective. I don't think its legal to change the basic model of a licencing agreement in the middle of a subscription, without my consent.
