Thanks Shirley. I had some hope when I ran the programme...but it crashed! I'm running Windows XP so maybe that was the problem. Never mind. I think I'll just delete the install.log file & cross my fingers.

Thanks DrJBHL, but unfortunately, neither of these programmes worked. Both resulted in the same error message about the install.log file, which I suspect may be corrupted. I have the trial version and I had prevuiously reinstalled it, which seemed to work ok, but still got the same error message. What if I deleted the uninstall.log file and reinstalled again?

I have a fairly simple question: how do I uninstall WindowsBlinds (the trial version 7.2)? I've tried reinstalling WindowsBlinds then uninstalling it again, but I always get the same result - a "Wise Uninstall" box saying, "Could not open INSTALL.LOG file." I've searched the forums & knowledgbase without luck. Any ideas greatly appreciated.
