BTW, the images are 640x480 72Dpi 16 color, and 4 bit. Just to clear that up ;p

So, I've been playing with bootskin, and I'm noticing, when My computer boots up, the skins, whether they are the ones that came with bootskin, or my own, do not display properly. They appear to be off center, or squared off and do not fill the whole screen, leaving a strip of black running down the right side of the screen. If I change back to the windows default it fills out fine. Is there any way to fix this? It really is taking away from the whole point of having a

I had a similar problem. It turned out, my color palettes from my progress bar, didn't quite match my background image. And that made it get all distorted. Once I fixed that, the colors were fixed.
