Why start11 just only one device activation ? in Accounts and Activation Help Stardock Forums

I have bought Start11, Why I can only activate one device but not for five devices ? I have ever bought Fences, Curtains , WindowFX , each of them can activate 5 devices max.

I hope that WindowFX 5 add "shadow effect" like Mac OS. The shadow effect of Mac OS is better than Windows Vista / 7 !
