I downloaded the program but was unable to get it installed--no reason given, it just stopped after I said where to install. Fences has been unoperative recently and this forum has not been able to help me fix it. I believe the $9.99 fee was charged to my credit card which I now want refunded. Hi Basj--Sorry for the delay and thank you very much for your response. I followed your guide but when I got to the task manager point things didn't work for me. You did a good job so any failure rests with me and 360 TS. This is the most arcane program I've ever tried to work with; so much so that I am going to replace it now, as I have had issues all along. In the mean time I am really hampered by the loss of a well-functioning Fences! Denny

Thank you for your prompt reply. I forgot to mention that I had tried to 'purge' my fences twice but with no success. I do have 360 Total Security v. 10.6.01223 but cannot find evidence anywhere that it has a provision for a desktop management application. I'm not too well versed in inspecting "computer bowels" so could you please give me a location where I could find out? This may be a lot to ask of you but I'm at the end of the road!!

I have Win10, 64 bit and updated just yesterday. I updated Fences yesterday to the latest version and installed. Re-installed as it still exhibited the same problems, restarted 2 or 3 times. In the process I had to change my password twice. I searched the forum, knowledge base, with the title words above until I started going blind, made sure LOCK was not checked repeatedly, still no luck. Will appreciate any and all help possible!
