1.Personal 2.Assembeled Myself : core 2 quad Q8200 1tb hdd 4gb ddr3 ram ati radeon hd4850 1gb msi p45-c51 motherboard 3.Eset Nod 32 Total Security(including firewall, tried disabling the program) 4.removed using a software Total Uninstall which removed software fully(including registry keys)

Tried but still not working..

1.New Installation 2.Free Version 3.Same Error but has Impulse.exe instead of Fences.exe 4.Tried Both as Admin and without admin 5.Tried both UAC on and Off
