Dragging the fences in Windows 7 (32 bit), 4 GB RAM, dual monitors using Display Fusion to manage dual setup is very jerky. The fences move in a jerky fashion and lag behind the cursor and continue moving after the cursor has stopped. While the fences are moving, a single vertical row of icons on the desktop (but not in any fence) oscillate horizontally with an amplitude of about 1/3 and icon width.
