I managed this gem in a game, ended up winning with Klinton. First time this has happened to me. Anyone else managed this? How about more than once? Is it an auto-win I wonder? Or is there like a coinflip algorithm? IRL, the newly-elected congress votes by state (each state gets one vote, the congresspeople vote to decide the outcome of each state)to decide the winner. EDIT: Oddly enough, even tho the game decided me as the winner, the win did not count towards the achievements in steam. Very
