Win10 Pro by the way. Part of the problem is that I seem to be experiencing an extremely slow search for some reason. I experienced a similar issue the few minutes I tried one of your competitor's application, StartIsBack I believe. Disabling "include files outside the standard libraries" did no difference. The selected results in the screenshot below only showed up about 5-10 seconds after I had finished typing (hence part of the confusion since search should be instant):
