I pre-ordered Rebellion today and received the order confirmation email from sales@stardock.com with the order number. However, the email stated that my card will only be charged when the game is released however, wasn't there a notice slightly more than a few days ago saying that the pre-order system was changed? Secondly, I do not see any record of the pre-order in my Stardock or Impulse accounts, is this normal?
