If I remember correctly, Start11 is a modification of the Windows 11 taskbar. So adding things like vertical (or even top with 22H2) taskbar and custom taskbars is at the mercy of Microsoft. If Microsoft can't be bothered to put the work in, then both are unlikely. AllStartBack and ExplorerPatch use the still present Windows 10 taskbar, so have all the features of that.
