I have the same drag effect if I shut it down. 5. Asus Rox Strix RTX3070. Single card. My NVIDIA Settings are all default.

I have the drag behavior as well. When I drag a tab group from one spot to another, the mouse goes where I want it then the tab group follows the same path just delayed about a second or two. I have it set with the tab group bar above the window and the drag behavior only happens when dragging by the tab group bar not the actual windows bar. I didn't really notice this until now because I normally keep my windows maximized on my monitors.
Just the install for me as well.
I can add a second confirmation about the new build. No tabs sticking to my cursor today.
I have the same/similar problem. I click on a tab and the entire tab group sticks to my cursor and moves around the screen with my mouse until I click again. None of the solutions I found here works. Happens randomly several times a day.
