Reply to Registration Key Information Not Provided In Auto-Email Responses in Stardock Support General Stardock Forums

I'm having a similar issue, I formatted my pc and now Impulse is saying that I don't have any registered games when I bought Sins of a Solar Empire and the Entrenchment expansion about a month ago. The email response I get doesn't even mention Sins on it - any ideas anyone?
