don't bother to answer as i have solved my problem.i just tried again and again doing sfc.after looking at cbs.log ,i come to know that following files were not getting replaced by correct one DDORes.dll fdBth.dll HotStartUserAgent.dll icacls.exe IDStore.dll msvfw32.dll.mui i replaced them manually by extracting these files from window7 disc with 7zip.
i already told you all that even after doing sfc /scannow ,i am getting this error. this is the order of my problem. 1.pc giving BSOD "fatal error 0x..... something" ,no option corrected this error available on net. 2.i restored the backup registry files with a boot cd . 3.pc now functions normal except i am getting the above screenshot error with login 4.i ran anti virus,anti spywares ,chkdsk and sfc .all of them still i am getting this error.

i have installed fences on window7 32 bit .it was running good but after i recovered from a crash in os .whenever i login i get this message 16 bit subsystem. using process explorer i found out that this is linked with stardock as fences starts with login. then i downloaded a new installer and installed it then also i get this error as soon installer finishes and restarted fences.how this problem be solved. i have fences 1.01.143 free version.
