Fences 4.0.7.2 cannot move icons. Using Windows 10. No one seems to know what to do to fix. Getting no answers.

I updated Fences to 4.0.7.2, and when I add new software, I cannot move the icon from "New" fence, to another, then when one app updated, the icon moved to "New" and I cannot move it out. I am running Windows 10. I put the product key in, again, and no joy.
