I went and pulled the list of keys and the key was in there this time. I also noticed a couple of other keys that were not showing up before. Thanks for the help! DA
Sending an e-mail to support was practically worthless. I have never had an issue with a Stardock product until now. So this is really irking me. Purchased the Desktop Collage and got all the confirmation e-mails. Confirmed the downlink. Downloaded the product and saved it in the Dreams directory. I attempted to make it the active dream for my desktop and was stopped by a screen asking me for my login info and the Product Key for the dream. <
