This appears to be a bug in WindowFX 6.05 regarding how it acts in Windows 10. Hovering over the taskbar thumbnails does not show the window contents. Yes, I agree. SpaceMonger is a fantastic program, but for those of us that are having issues, the lack of support is troublesome. It doesn't help that Stardock is not the original developer (or publisher) of SpaceMonger.
