Initially it was the same on every skin, but I found that if I restart my computer, and use a lighter skin it's not the same. I'm using windows 7

I'm a programmer, and one of the programs I use most is netbeans, and here's what it happens. I've tried lots of things, switching themes, disabling the theme for ths program only, etc, etc, but nothing seems to work. <
