So, ever since I upgraded to Windows 7 I have been having this issue. If I try to open a file (specifically pictures or video) the file will always open behind the folder window. It doesn't actually open all the way in the background because if I have multiple windows open it will still only open behind the folder containg the file. However, it seems to only be an issue when using Windows Picture Viewer and Windows Media Player. If I select other programs as the default to o
