OK found out it was GeForce Experience overlay doing it. Turned it off, solved!

Turned Fences off

Tried it and there was no taskbar flicker.

1) Dual or more monitor setup? No, single monitor resolution 2560x1440 @ 70Hz 2) Fences version? 3.0.9.11 3) Wallpaper managers such as Deskscapes or others? None.

Clicked Save on YouTube, sorry :)

Thanks tried the purge, reboot and reinstall but taskbar still flickers.

Hi after Windows 10 1809 when I click on say Sounds at bottom and then click away, on the desktop next to it without choosing an option the taskbar disappears and then reappears. Happens with all system icons like Calendar etc.

I key in my serial I got when I bought Fences 2.0 yesterday and it says "Maximum activations reached". HELP
