when WB6 loads at startup, it cannot locate the graphic files necessary to skin the taskbar and start menu. Why other elements remain skinned is a mystery to me. That's the deal, huh. Now it works...

What apps do you have running at startup? Now there's a possible clue. Every time I start up, Winamp is set to run, but I get an error saying winamp couldn't find so-and-so dll, and it can't run. I click that away and run winamp from winamp agent icon in systray. Quicktime also runs at startup and I can't find a way of disabling it without uninstalling iTunes for myiPod. Didn't make a difference with WB5.51, though. Everything just started up and ran as
Is there anybody still out there... Just us folks... Still got the bug, too. Running WB6 for a day, now, reboots half-a-dozen so far, then, just now got the same-old same-old: Sexy, by vStyler, reboot and no taskbar skinned and NO taskbar in wbconfig preview...?! Hoping it was a one-time burp. Hoping. <img src="http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g155/42n8k9/WB6p
found 'em! Truly a Master Work. Time to start clipping price tags on your work...? They're all marketable products at this point.
RomanDA and others have produced some highly qualified works, Don't forget to mention sViz, while you're at it [ideas: Net In/Net out meter, analog guages?(love to see those meters move on the desktop!), international currency conversion comparator(maybe two windows to select, say, yen and dollars, hit go, scrolling "tickertape" style RSS feed reader( I'm
Same as Hapkido, here, see post #3. WB5.5 and IE7 and DX "Moonlight" by gef, CursorXP+, IP, widgets, all running fine so far. System: homebuilt P4 1.4 on Intel 850GB, 512 RAMBUS RAM, ATI Radeon X700 PRO vid card, SyncMaster 910MP 1280 X 1024. Haven't changed any settings in IE7 or WB5.5 or vid card. Best of luck and have patience.
Mine is set to have TOP = Tabs always on top, RIGHT = Normal Z-ordering (mouse activation), LEFT = Normal Z-ordering (mouse activation), BOTTOM = Normal Z-ordering (mouse activation. Occasionally, the bottom dock goes to AOT (it's not a tabbed doc), say, when I'm using M'soft Word, and if I then click the document I'm working in, the bottom dock goes back to behind the open working document page. It's not an annoyance so far, just a minor distraction when it occurs, but I read this post as I
Again, on boot this a.m. so to: Start>Run>msconfig>startup...and uncheck one, of two, versions of OD (not the "Plus" version),restart, and voila. All better. I know, that's the lazy way, not deleting the original, non-plus version, but for a quick fix it worked...now to go do it right...
Yeah, me too! Just started getting this weird error message, on startup, OD+ runs fine otherwise....somewhat alarming, as any error can be...but as long as there's nothing fragmenting or worse where I can't see, it's gotta be o.k. for now...would like it to go away soon, tho. Thanks for posting this, siouxtupa. I only found this post by accident as I didn't even know of the existence of Stardock forums, just WinCustomize forums !?! <img src="http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g155/42n8k9/dnt
