Can we set aside the non-productive arguments about IE6 vs. IE7, who should be allowed to install what, and the like? The (perfectly legitimate) question remains: For those of us who are not able to install IE7 or IE8, is there a work-around (copying a DLL or some such thing) that will allow us to install fences?
