I have the same problem as the original poster with windows explorer crashing. I am running 64bit Windows Vista Ultimate & 8GB RAM. This seems like a great program and hopefully its only a glitch that can be resolved. The one time I did notice a problem was when I double clicked to hide the icons. But I couldn't reproduce it everytime.
