I recently bought a new computer with Windows 10...I have Start 10.. I cannot get my WindowBlinds to work..It acts like it is changing but it never does...I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times...I had no problems with Windows XP..My favorite download!! could someone please help

I installed Windows 10 version of Windowblinds...downloaded the skins..never worked...uninstalled it..reinstalled it and it still won't work..it will not change for me...what is the problem???
