I've never trusted Windows upgrades. I tend to format and reinstall often enough anyway, so it works out.

Can you post a screenshot of the "Size and location" page in your Tiles configuration screen?

Actually, installing as admin probably won't help. The activation is actually triggered by the application itself, not the installer, so try running the installed ObjectDock as admin. That should do it for you.
