basj, I tried what you said, the clock still freezes. I completely uninstalled start11 and haven't had the problem since the uninstall so definitely the issue is with start11.

I'm with Katsuta on this, a perpetual license would be preferred. I have appreciated all of the stardock software of the years and I foolishly paid for fences 5 not noticing it was a 1-year license. When that expires I will be walking away from Stardock products. I wish you all the best, a recurring license model is not for me.

First of all, thank you Twenty Ton for pointing out that I can click on the restart explorer button. I also have this same problem and have had it in my Start 11 for the past 5-ish months. Knowing I can at least click restart helps a lot compared to having to restart the entire OS. Just reporting that consistently everytime I run snipping tool on windows 11, fences will crash. I have this problem on 2 computers, both are running start 11 from stardock, I have not tested on a PC without start 11 and fences. Consistently, I can reboot my laptop, everything works fine for hours or all day and as soon as I open snipping tool fences crashes. Winversion: 11 - 23h2 - build 22631.3155 Fences 5.04
