Yes, unfortunately my video card is the single portion of my system that is about three, coming up on four years old, looking into rebuilding my machine from teh ground up early next month. @Aviyur My settings are all either low or off, and no real difference was noticed (It is literally beyond terrible, playing with any sort of reaction speed is out of the question, simply traveling is a task). Hey there, I apologize in advance for this post, as I will not be able to supply most of my system specs, but will do my best to create an image of my system's capabilities.
