Object Desktop Renewal in Stardock Software Stardock Forums

Today, I received an email from your company offering 60% off my renewal of Object Desktop, with Connection Explorer. But when I go to your website, I see 2 different prices - one for 25% off. The other is for 50% off - see screenshot. How do I get the 60% off? Please advise. "... OD is not supported for Windows10 ..." If this is the case, Syardock should say so, clearly and prominently on their website/product pages. Not doing so is disinterested customer service at best and downright deceptive at worst.

First of all, this is the most poorly managed forum I've ever come across. At the root level of the forum I see categories and click on ObjectDock. I would expect to see nothing but posts relating to ObjectDock, but I see posts for pretty much EVERY product StarDock offers! It's bad enough StarDock doesn't offer user support, but having a forum as the only means by which users can get support and then having those forums be completely disorganized is just ridiculous! <p
