[/quote] I don't know if reinstalling app may resolve the ridiculous IE problem, anyway reinstalling WB may take several minutes, however if we exlude IE in the list it may take us about 10 seconds.

Open windowblinds config, go to settings, advanced, change the look of app, then add a rule (browse to C:\Program files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe) and select ignore this app (do not skin it).
