I'm having a very similar issue -- except 3 monitors, different resolutions. Downloaded icons end up randomly on two of the three monitors (primary and right flank). No rhyme or reason as to why. And often they end up overlapped like your screenshots show. TomStabell, would you mind letting us know what that Windows setting was? I'm having a similar problem... three monitors, and for some reason downloaded icons randomly pick one monitor or the other to end up on, and almost always have the overlapping issue like what you described. It's frustrating as hell. I've tried turning off literally every setting in Fences 3, but the only thing that fixes it is disabling Fences altogether. I'd love to know if there's a Windows-side fix...
