I went ahead and bought Galactic Civilizations II and it has the same crash as well. So its something your programmers are doing. I have hundreds of games installed and they work perfect. Please let me know what else you need from me.
When I launch the game from Steam.. it crashes as soon as it is launched. I just bought it today and did the key registration stuff then after than I can't run it at all.
