IconPackager not changing media file icons in VISTA in IconPackager Stardock Forums

Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone knows why iconpackager won't change my media files icons? I have IP 4 and vista home premium. I have tried installing a package and applying it, and have also then gone into icons and cursors and tried to indiviadually change the icons. In the icons and cursors part it shows the new icon, however in explorer it has the same old WMP icon. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
