To expericenced Dream makers out there, question about Dynamic/Hybrid dreams and time triggered slideshow in DeskScapes Stardock Forums

I have 12 images that I would like to change in sync with the current hour. Is this something that can be done by coding up a Dynamic dream, a Hybrid Dream or none of the above. I've see basic vb script solutions but since I use Deskscapes Id like to try making a Dream instead to accomplish this. I can code in C++ to fetch current time and select an image indexed by numbers 1-12 based on it, I'm just not familiar with how dream files are built. Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm running windows 7 x64, latest updates installed, on a system with a Core i7 940 and two EVGA GTX 580 SC's in SLI. So i installed the program but I'm a bit confused. Does it automatically detect the launch of a game exe and then execute the boost function or must i run a game from the gamebox. Also, would I set it up with swtor and BF3 since those rely on external launchers, the latter actually being a website. I tried giving it the EXE, assuming that gameboost would detect the exe but nothing happened. Your help would be much appreciated.

yes, i have a 1080p screen (two actually) and the game runs native res. BF3 itself doesn't run like a normal game. You launch via a web site. This calls up the Origin game store client which launches the BF3.exe. The game starts minimized while it loads. The game is brought to the foreground once it loads. I managed to make the dock freeze without loading fully into the game. I failed to connect to s server so the BF3.exe opened, tried to load and closed. So it seems the freeze oc

I tried using object dock as a task bar replacement, with windows on one dock and the tray in a 2nd. If i play Battlefield 3, i exit the game and find the dock has frozen, right click on the desktop wont work, and if i ctrl-alt-del to open the task manager the window freezes so i cant end the task. The only solution is to ctrl-alt-del and log off and log back in. Something (BF3, origin, both) is causing ObjectDock to lock up my desktop. Any ideas? Edit: I just had the g

On a side note, the 3.25 update broke my desktop. With it installed any attempt to interact with my desktop (i.e. right click menu) is met with a constant busy mouse icon (the spinning circle). All previous Deskscapes installs worked fine until the update. I have reinstalled numerous times including from a fresh install of Windows and have the latest Nvidia GTX 280 drivers. I'm at a loss. Possible bug: Running Windows 7 Home Premium x64, the Recycle Bin docklet will not switch back to the empty state icon when emptying the bin. This happens with both the default icons and when the icons are customized. The docklet will go from empty to full icon states but not back when emptied.

Is the flyout menu and weather docklets still in dev? I cant find them in the beta. Otherise, this thing runs SMOOOOOOOOTH. Finally I can use it as a taskbar replacement on my win 7 x64 machine.
