Proper Grammar and clearly stating what your problem is will go a long way. As it stands, I don't know what you're talking about or what the "nemesis game" is. Clarify, and then we can help.

I get the impression that when you download mods and things (like the Left 2 die mod I heard about a while ago) you do it from within starcraft 2 somehow. Could someone explain to me how? Thanks.
You probably won't get a lot of loving responses here, as Stardock Made Demigod and lots of the the fans here think that If you are a fan of any other DotA style game you are a traitor. Regardless I love LoL, I play it all the time, I've been playing since the beta. If you want help I'd ask around on the official forums; they're very good and have some stickies in the guides section with basic tips for new people. Good luck!
I'm not sure how anyone at stardock could have even designed the game like this and thought it was a good idea
Well to each his own, but the game of the year awards beg to differ with you. Just download some of the maps people have made with lots of star systems if thats what you want.
Yes Pacov they have indeed patched it and as far as I can tell from my playtime with the new build all the network stuff is running wonderfully. It still needs a few more tweaks but the game is Great IMO. If anybody wants to play PM me and we can exchange steam IDs.
Okay so Word from the Devs is that they have the patch, it works fine now under their tests, and they have uploaded the aforementioned patch to steam. Steam however has not put it up at the time of the post, But it should be there by the time I wake up. I'll give the official word in the morning. This game really is an awesome and very original game you really should try it. If you have an xbox lying around download the demo on that. Cheers
Check back here I'll try and remember top post when the net stuff is stable for the game. They just released a patch that fixed some things but made a bigger problem. Fortunately they now know why the issue is occuring and should have it fixed soon.
Well you have to understand, while it's similar to those games, its not the same in that you need to grind and such. its much faster paced and you really dont need to worry about that stuff. It also tells you when things are getting attacking and such. It's hard for me to answer your question in words, but its really not a problem I've noticed.
Monday Night Combat is a game that came out several months ago on the 360. The developers have evidently grown tired of fighting Microsoft every time they wanna patch the game so they are bringing it to PC. It is available now on steam (and by available I mean you will get beta access) for 13.49. MNC plays like DotA/Demigod/LoL but in a shooter format. You have six classes that you can upgrade as the game progresses via gold you get by killing other players and bots. Bots spawn from y
My brother and I play games together on our PCs all the time, and while we've been playing a lot of command and Conquer and League of Legends lately, I'm always on the lookout for something new. So does anyone know of a game that is a dungeon crawler type like Diablo, relatively cheap, and supports at least two players? I was gonna get torchlight until I found it was single player only, and I'm hoping somebody can help me out. Any mods that do the same thing would be great too. Thanks.
beta is not a demo. It is not anything like the final game. You will not like it. Wait for a real demo.
Well last I heard it was made free to play. So might as well. I played the beta for it(more of a demo tho), and it was interesting and a new take. I didn't want to hafta keep buying new cards all the time for it tho.
@the monk- I dont know what videos for transformers or what mechwarrior games you played, but they really don't play anything alike at all. THat being said transformers is amazing so I suggest picking it up. Good campaign fantastic multiplayer. Especially if youre like me and you've been getting tired of CoD and all its knock offs.
You do realize its a beta yes? I don't like it right now either but the final game could be much much better. 4 months is alot of time for polish.
That is correct Veedot. It's not in the demo but you can change the color and pick different chassis and what not. I don't think itll be as advanced as we'd like it to be tho. Watch some of the videos on Gametrailers and it shows some of that in action.
This game comes out on Tuesday. I've been cautiously optamistic(sp?) about this one. It looks great but it is a transformers game after all, when have they ever made a good one of those? But after getting a brief chance to play the multiplayer demo on Xbox, I'm very excited and will be picking this up on tuesday. The multiplayer is divided into 4 classes (2 of which are playable in the demo). The Scout (playable in demo) - Transforms into a speedy car, can cloak, and
Woah that's out of the blue! I'm pretty excited to pick this one up. Didnt realize this was happening so soon.
I hear talk from frogboy and such about multi platform gaming and they say that they cant put the games they want on a 512 MB console. A completely fair and valid point. But do both consoles only have 512 mbs of ram? The ps3 has games like MAG with 256 players. surely that would require more than 512 MBs of ram. Have any pc devs ever looked at the ps3 instead of the xbox?
I hate Steam because of the DRM, but namely one aspect of it: if you're not connected to the internet, you can't play the games. That's BS. And then they gather statistics of how many people play their game & how often--there is no way you can do this and NOT gather private information. Besides the privacy issues, what do you think is the first thing I want to do if I'm not connected to the net/d
When I read these boards, I see alot of steam hate, with a lot of accusations thrown out. "Requires an internet connection", "resource hog" etc. Now I used to hate steam immensely, Back when those things were true. Many of you haven't used steam in a long time, And Still believe these things to be the case, but several patches have fixed this. Offline mode now actually functions when you turn on steam and you have no internet, you no longer have to connect online, then turn on offline mode, i
Well that is quite a strange issue. It would help if we new what components were in your pc. Look up the model of PC you have and tell us what the processor/RAM/Video card/ motherboard is and we might be able to help more.
MTX isn't working because mekteks servers are still down :/ Hopefully they're back up soon. Edit: The servers are back up! should work now :D
Allright so I messed around in the BIOS today and got it to work. Sort of. The boot device priority was set with the cd drive first. I changed it to the HDD first and the disc drive second and it booted up and worked. then we restarted it and it went back to not booting up. So Unless someone else has an idea it looks like a system restore is in order.
@joasoze - It's one of those You have to be connected to the interwebs at all times or you cant play kinda games. I enjoy pirating things with that bullshit on it. Only games I pirate. I'm not looking forward to this. ridiculous micro and clicking 200 times a minute does not make a fun strategy game. where is the strategy anyways?
If you could Dr Guy thatd be great. I forgot to mention that it's Vista 64 bit, if that helps. I'm gonna rip the files we need off of it and system restore I guess, Seems to be my only option.
