did the uninstall and reinstall and rebooted in between still no go.

I sent an email to support hopefully i can get this resolved.
i have already tried all of this numerous times. I will send another email to support@stardock.com with screen shots.
if i uninstall impulse do i first have to uninstall all the applications? or will the reinstall recognize what i already have?
Ok i installed the full version and still no Object Ultimate. Hello I am having the same issue. I just upgraded my Object Desktop to the Ultimate version but Impulse doesn't see the update and keeps bringing me back to the purchase page.
Thanks for the information I did an update like you suggested and the icons came back. really appreciate it. Now on to other issues that i seem to have.
