Alternative way to add program to Tiles in Tiles Stardock Forums

Hi just wondering if there is an alternative way to add a program to My Tiles bar? For some reason my Delphi 10.3 IDE won't allow me to shift drag from the title bar. I was hoping there was another way to add it. Thanks Chris
