Yep, typing the email address in manually worked. Guess it did not like the copy and paste. Thanks for the assist in getting this solved. I also suspect you are the same AzDude that makes all the dreamscapes so thanks for those as well I use quite a few of them. I'll change the thread title with the "Solved" addendum.

Yep same email and I copy and pasted the address, As I stated I am signed into both the store and this support site with the email address so it should be fine. I suspect they may have to manually add the email domain to their accepted list as it is a anonymous address added to my main email account. Your "wrong letter" has given me the idea to try and type the email in manually as some systems/sites do not like copy and paste so I'll give that a try.

Hi, Getting a "The email address is not valid" error when trying to activate products from Object Desktop. I know the email is "valid" as I'm signed in with it here and also at the Stardock store website as it is the email registered to my account.
