I just played a game where I finished researching a technology on the same turn that I finished the Spell of Making. The "choose new research" window opened and then would not close. I was forced to use Task Manager to quit the program.
I can try to grab one later. I thought that maybe they weren't equipping weapons because I hadn't yet researched Mystic Forging (or whatever it's called), so I researched that and then tried to upgrade them but there was no option for upgrading.
Not sure if this is a bug or not, but I'm playing a game where I have gotten the ability to train Chosen units. They seem great...start with lots of armor and magic items...but they have no weapons. Their attack is incredibly low which makes them pointless to build at the late stage in the game where they come in. The description for them says they are armed with magic weapons and items, but when I built them they were equipped with no weapons at all.
