I did call them, they told me that app support is via email only. If you managed to install them, I suggest that you also zip and store the destination folder.

Same here, except I'm in Russia. But their tech support doesn't reply to me anymore. Because they no longer care about their reputation in countries with no GameStop shops I guess.

I've been exchaning emails with their support for a week now. They asked me if I can ping secure.impulsedriven.com When I told them that pings timeout, they told me to use administrator account. This is only one example of their support's brilliance. It's like talking to a wall.
And where exactly do they give those Uplay, Steam etc. codes? I have had a painfully long conversation via email with them, and finally someone named "Cesar P." from gamestop support gave me a list of my games' serial numbers Which I have no idea what to do with. Steam doesn't recognize them (except one game which was already using steam) And login.gamestop.com is down, so I can't see list of my owned games. Purchase history doesn't contain any of those ga
